itself leads directly to permanent immune stimulation. The unbalanced globin
chain synthesis results in excess of (globin chains that precipitate in
erythrocyte precursors,causing structural changes of cell membrane.The presence
of these abnormal erythrocytes leads to continous activation of monocytes responsible
for Immune clearance [33].
